Adult Learners' Week in the South East
Pam Lumsden is NIACE's Project Manager for the European Social Fund (ESF) project in the South East, Laying the Foundations. The project sits within the wider Action for Communities strategy. It is a capacity building programme to develop up to 20 effective, sustainable learning networks that can make good use of the variety of resources available to support adults to learn in their communities.
Pam has worked in the South East for five years, previously as a Director for the Open College Network South East Region, and as a Regional Development Manager for the Open College Network, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Sussex. Pam has also worked for Ofsted as an additional inspector for Art, Performing Arts and Media. Prior to moving to the South East she was Head of Performing Arts, for twelve years, at an FE college in the West Midlands.
