NIACE is one of the biggest producers of adult education materials in Europe. Staff and colleagues are involved in writing books, articles and comments (on consultation documents for example) in a range of areas, from basic skills to race equality. In addition, this area is also a place to find information on books from a range of publishers as well as useful links.

Three years ago television broadcasters launched the Cultural Diversity Network, a new strategy to increase the number of minority ethnic faces on screen and behind the cameras.

The ITV Cultural Diversity Guide emerged out of the drive to ensure that people within the broadcast industry had a better understanding and appreciation of both their minority ethnic colleagues and employees, and audiences from these communities.
