Training Background

In response to changing policy context relating to the Framework for Excellence and building on our successful series of one-day RARPA training days for managers delivered since 2006, NIACE has developed two interrelated training programmes. They are also particularly relevant to organisations piloting phase 2 of Framework for Excellence.

Each one-day training programme is based on the RARPA approach and the five-stage process.

This programme, “Demonstrating Impact for Quality”, focuses on processes and systems demonstrating how the staged process contributes to learner progress and achievement in non-accredited learning. (The “Improving Teaching and Learning for Success” programme focuses on how the staged process benefits learning in the classroom).
