Extending the Scope of LSC Performance Review
NIACE Briefing Events for LEAs
In order to help LEAs decide whether to opt in to the Performance Review in April, NIACE is running some briefing events in January 2003.
The aims of which are:
- To provide background information on the Performance Review process and the pilots
- To brief providers on the evidence required and allow opportunity to assess readiness.
- To provide opportunities to raise questions
The dates for the three briefing sessions are as follow:

NIACE Support Event for LEAs who opt in
In addition to the events listed above, NIACE is holding three regional seminars to support LEAs who decide to opt in to the Spring Performance Reviews.

LSC Events for LLSC Officers
The LSC has organised three briefing events for LLSC Officers in February 2003. The purpose of which is to inform on the arrangements for the LSC to include Adult and Community Learning in both Spring and Autumn 2003.
