Jo Knight

Regional Campaigns and Promotions Manager West Midlands

Jo took up post for the second run of this project, this time the post has been funded for two years by Advantage West Midlands - Jo took up post May 2003. Her background is commercial operations and sales with the last three years spent working for BSS/learndirect as part of the project team supporting the 0800 100 900 helpline.

Her first ten months in post have seen the West Midlands Learning Directory launched, the Promote Learning information exchange partnership formed which is chaired by Jo and the Learning Champions project instigated. During Adult Learners Week, Jo will be working on a number of regional initiatives. The largest being Cultural Diversity Day in Birmingham in conjunction with Birmingham City Council.
