Showcasing e-learning materials

A selection of showcases has been set up on the NIACE Moodle learning platform in order to demonstrate the technical options available for accessing and using e-learning materials.

The NLN materials cover a wide range of subject areas. The materials can be accessed online and can be downloaded, added to a local intranet, learning platform or burnt to CD.

OpenLearn from the Open University launched the OpenLearn website to give the public free access to learning materials from many of its courses.

Tutor created materials Examples and case studies of e-learning materials created by tutors.

Voluntary and Community Sector This Showcase illustrates some of the approaches VCS organisations have taken to get the best out of e-learning.

All the showcases are 'read only'. A password is not required to view the courses - just log in as a guest.
