HBOS Foundation Innovation Fund

Project Status: Current

Small Grants for Financial Capability Work with Young People

HBOS Foundation is supporting young people aged 13-25 in building their financial capability. It is providing small grants to develop innovative work within the youth sector. The grants are being administered by The NIACE/NYA Young Adults Learning Partnership (YALP) which will also be responsible for reporting on the lessons learned from the initiative.

The Innovation Fund is aimed at youth organisations and projects that work directly with young people and use proven youth work methods that enable personal and social development. The objective is to try new ways of engaging young people so as to enhance their skills and confidence in understanding and managing money.

The Innovation Fund is now closed. We will be reporting on the work developed through the Fund in Autumn 2008.
