Why become a member?
Member support enables NIACE to argue the case for adult learning and the need for better provision. When you become a member you are signing up to:
NIACE's Beliefs and Values:
By becoming a member of NIACE you are adding your voice to the debate on adult learning and actively supporting our work to represent and secure better provision for all adult learners.
A Role in the Governance of the Institute:
The Institute's members are the governing body of NIACE and have a major role in shaping NIACE's agenda. As a member, you will be eligible to stand for election to various NIACE committees and influence NIACE policies and practices. The Institute actively seeks input from its members on policy items and advice to government. Members are entitled to attend the NIACE Annual General Meeting and sit on strategic committees via a nominations process.
Members also gain practical benefits from the Membership Package including;
