The deadline for making your nomination is Friday 25 January 2008. Please feel free to photocopy paper forms. We do not accept faxes. Applications can only be made on an official nomination form available either as a hard copy or as a download from www.alw.org.uk/nominate. Please complete all relevant sections as only fully completed and signed forms can be considered. The nomination forms are also available on request on audio tape, in other languages and in other formats. For further information, please contact the Campaigns and Promotions team on 0116 204 4200/1 by 30 November 2007. Please only write within the white boxes and do not send supporting information as this will not be considered. Everyone nominated will receive a Certificate of Achievement, whilst winners will receive a learning voucher and be invited to an awards ceremony during Adult Learners’ Week. Please return your completed forms by noon Friday 25th January 2008 to: Adult Learners’ Week Awards All winners are chosen by a panel of judges who represent the diversity of adult learning. Decisions are announced at the end of April and are final. The judging panel will assess each entry based only on the information provided in the form. We acknowledge entries sent to us via our online nomination process, but unfortunately given the number of applications received, we are unable to acknowledge entries sent to us by post.
