Background

The Ofsted Chief Inspector's Annual Report (CIAR) is published on 22 November.  Every year it gives the state of the nation view of the quality of adult learning.  It is an invaluable tool in helping providers think about their provision, identify key themes, informally benchmark themselves and plan for improving the services they provide for adult learners.

Come and hear first hand from the Divisional Manager for Learning and Skills at Ofsted and NIACE staff about what's in the report and what their implications are for adult learning.
