The aims of the regional workshops are for project managers to
- catch up with other projects in your region and hear how the work is progressing
- highlight and celebrate project successes to date
- share your ideas, experiences and lessons being learned across the projects
- explore together how the work can be sustained when the project funding comes to an end
- plan for "spreading the word" about what your project and the work in your region has achieved
- ask questions and put forward views

Audience
Project managers responsible for Transformation Fund projects or key project staff able to participate in detailed discussion of progress, successes, challenges, evaluation,publicity and exit strategies.
Places are limited to one person per project in the first instance, but should space allow additional places for larger projects may be available.

10:00 Welcome and introduction to the day
10:10 The story so far: sharing and learning from our creativity, successes, challenges and solutions, when we will:
- hear from other projects
- share ideas
- explore approaches to evaluation
- resolve questions and problems
(Tea and coffee will be available in the middle of this session)

13:15 Spreading the word and celebrating success
14:00 Sustaining the work; planning for exit strategies

14:55 Optional sessions, running in parallel:
- ‘Surgery’ for individual project questions about paperwork
- An opportunity to contribute to a NIACE research project about training and support for facilitators of informal adult learning. We would love to learn from you, and you will gain from learning more about what others do and what resources are available to support you.
15:45 Evaluation and end of day

Event Information
Arrival and registration is at 9:45am for a 10:00am start. The event will end at 3:45pm
Attendance is free to delegates and is restricted to the project managers responsible for Transformation Fund projects
Places will be allocated in order of receipt of completed application forms (one form per person)
Completed and signed application forms must be faxed or posted to NIACE by the closing date. Reservations by telephone cannot be accepted
Application forms are individually acknowledged by e-mail. Joining instructions, including map and directions, will be e-mailed out one week before the event
Participants should be prepared to take their own notes as there will not be handouts for all sessions.

Substitutions are to be advised 5 working days prior to the event
A 10 working days notice period is required for provision of palantypists, sign language interpreters and transcription to Braille
