CROW is in the process of planning or awaiting funding decisions on further research on the following topics

- The reasons for the decline in training among people after 50
- The training of job brokers and educational guidance agencies with the over 50s
- The development of regional strategies for the older workforce
- International comparison of the impact of age discrimination legislation
