The CROW resource base

In its first year, CROW undertook a review of the literature on the older workforce, which was published in the report of the Omnibus Survey. We also started a collection of documents, including academic papers, policy papers and ephemera, and an electronic library of relevant documents has also been built, to underpin all of the Centre’s work. This resource is open to anyone researching the field.
