Ladies in a sugarcaft class Race Equality

Race inequality in adult education persists throughout the sector; evident in levels of retention, progression, achievement of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) groups in learning and in employment. As a champion of race equality NIACE challenges those policies which adversely affect BME groups and works to raise the profile of learning for BME adults.
