LSIS Skills and Employer Responsiveness Project

NIACE, working with the 157 Group and Association of Learning Providers, are managing the delivery of this programme across the East Midlands, West Midlands and the East of England.  NIACE is focusing particularly on managing the delivery of Strand 3 of the programme - Pre-employment:  Getting People into Work, and is working with a range of sector providers to achieve this delivery outcome.

What are we aiming to achieve?

The project aims to support providers across the Learning and Skills Sector to increase their capability and capacity in delivering effective and need-appropriate Skills and Employer responsiveness programmes.

How will we do this work?

The project is working with a range of expert providers to develop and deliver a range of events and consultancy opportunities for the Learning and Skills sector.

Who is this work for?

This project is for the benefit of the Learning and Skills sector, delivered by the Learning and Skills sector.

What is (or will be) the impact of this work?

The project aims to enable the Learning and Skills sector to develop and deliver improved Skills and Employer responsiveness programmes.
