NIACE is evaluating the South Yorkshire digital mentoring project: Making IT Personal – Joining the DOTs.   The project explores the role of mentors and informal networks in addressing barriers to digital inclusion.

Date From/To: 1 June 2009 - 1 July 2011

What are we aiming to achieve?

The evaluation will inform the progress of the project, identify good practice, and help to share project findings.

How will we do this work?

We will be completing the evaluation through a mixture of informal interviews and focus groups with participants.

Who is this work for?

The work is for a range of partners in South Yorkshire, led by Barnsley Council, and will benefit learners in the South Yorkshire area.

What have we accomplished to date?
