To help your feedback here are some questions you might like to answer:

Who is in your group? (work colleagues, friends, strangers etc)
Where was your meeting held? Did it feel like a good place to hold the group?
What did you watch and discuss?
What else happened during the meeting?
Did everyone in the group talk? Did anyone take over?
Were there any ice-breakers/ games/ activities? Did you like them?
Did you have fun? Do you think everyone in the group did?
Was the conversation interesting to you?
Did you learn anything new?
Did you have any problems?
Are you going to meet again?
