Working Well promotes staff well being in the post 16 eductaion and training sector.

Date From/To: 1 April 2009 - 31 March 2010

What are we aiming to achieve?

To promote staff well being and to develop support available particularly to Human Resource managers in the post 16 education sector.

How will we do this work?

Three networking events are planned for December 2009.

Further development opportunities will be explored at these meetings

Who is this work for?

HR managers and leads across the post 16 education sector. It is relevant for tutors and teaching staff, frontline staff, advice and guidance staff, those working in administration and estates, managers, team leaders and governors.

The project will increase awareness of staff wellbeing in the sector and share information about resources and approaches.
