Are you applying on behalf of someone else?
You must use the email address of the applicant and their unique password as an online application creates a database record for the delegate. If you use your own email address instead of the applicant’s, you will overwrite your booking details which will then be lost.
Are you making multiple bookings?
A separate online application process needs to be completed and submitted for each person. Please ensure that you use each applicant’s own email address which will then create their own database record when the online process has been completed.
