You can search for specific subjects using the library catalogue which includes a map showing the locations of the subjects.
All library materials are catalogued on Heritage, our electronic library management system. We are planning to provide online access to our library catalogue later this year. In the meantime we are able to offer literature searches based on the library catalogue for a number of subjects. Please contact a member of the team stating your subject of interest for a list to be posted or emailed to you.
Many items in the NIACE Library can be borrowed from the British Library (http://www.bl.uk/services/document/dsc.html). Please contact your local library for more information about the Inter Library Loan Service.

Older Learners
The references listed are compiled from publications and papers often
recommended by the Information Service and Older & Bolder teams at NIACE. This
is not a comprehensive list, but are intended to provide a useful starting point
for those wanting to know more about particular issues concerning older people.
It is our intention to update this information regularly.

We plan to produce useful references listings for other areas of the NIACE library during the next year.
