Examples of NIACE email groups that were affected between Tuesday 12 October and Monday 18 October, include:

• enquiries@niace.org.uk;
• members@niace.org.uk;
• alw@niace.org.uk;
• 20@alw.org.uk;
• quickreads@niace.org.uk; and
• any others with a similar format.

Those who attempted to email NIACE groups during this period - regardless of whether they received a ‘failed delivery' notification or not - are asked to resend their emails to the original email address, so that NIACE can maintain its commitment to service and respond.

Individual emails were not affected at any point during this period of time.
