Ian Rankin, one of the UK's leading crime writers, most famous for the Inspector Rebus novels, has written the Quick Read A Cool Head. He talks to NIACE Press Officer, Ed Melia, about his career as a writer, his interest in literacy and why he wrote A Cool Head.
