We need to collect data about your project when you submit your December and March milestone reports and expenditure reports. You will not be able to invoice us for payments until you have entered data from your project on this questionnaire.
How to complete the data report:
- Download a copy of the questionnaire so that you can check on the information you need to have available before you try to complete the online questionnaire
- Collect the information you need, to answer each question (you may want to enter information on the questionnaire you have downloaded, and print that off so you can refer to it when you are completing the online questionnaire).
- When you are confident you have all the information you need, log on to complete the questionnaire online. You will need to do this at one sitting, and it should not take more than 30 minutes
- You will need to enter your project number before you start completing the online questionnaire, so please make sure you have that to hand
- If you have any problems completing the questionnaire online, please contact your Relationship Manager at NIACE
Thank you
December Data Report:
The questionnaire has 6 sections, relating to 6 different types of work that your project may have been engaged in:
- Section 1: Engagement Work
- Section 2: Tasters
- Section 3: Longer Learning Programmes
- Section 4: Infrastructure development
- Section 5: Digital Resources
- Section 6: Other aspects of the Learning Revolution agenda
Most of the questionnaire relates to work with learners.
In sections 1-3 each section requires slightly more information about your learners than the one before. The basic questions relate to information that the Department of Business Innovation and Skills has asked us to collect on their behalf. There are also some optional questions which would give us additional helpful information if you have time and access to the information to complete them.
Please enter the total figures for your project to date in the questionnaire that follows. Thank you very much for your help with this data collection exercise.
