Aisling LyonLLUK - Lifelong Learning UK

Aisling Lyon is a Policy Advisor on equality and diversity within Lifelong Learning UK. She manages a DfES-funded project to increase the diversity of the FE System workforce in England, and leads on equality and diversity across LLUK’s broader remit in the UK(FE, HE, community learning and development; further education; higher education; libraries, archives and information services; and work-based learning). Prior to joining LLUK in January 2007, Aisling worked in international development, focusing primarily on minority rights and conflict prevention in the former Yugoslavia. She was based in Kosovo and Macedonia between 2004 and 2006, and has worked on various community relations projects and at two universities.
