Nathan Lucas

Senior Employment Adviser, Association of Colleges

Nathan joined the AoC in April 2004 and is currently employed in the role of Senior Employment Adviser. Since completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Organisational Behaviour and HR, Nathan has gained a variety of experience in HR roles across the public sector in both the UK and Australia at local and national level.

In his current role, he regularly represents the AoC nationally on a variety of review and focus groups. Nathan is experienced at advising employers on a wide range of employment issues and having a strong academic interest in law, is currently completing the LLB degree (Bachelor of Laws).

Nathan has a particular interest in disability equality and is interested in gaining a thorough understanding of the scope and nature of disability issues within the further education and life long learning sectors as part of this commission.
