Price, Availability and Formation of ContractThe prices, publications and other information displayed on this website are an invitation to treat and not an offer for sale. Whilst NIACE endeavours to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. In addition to this, specifications and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Should such situations occur NIACE will contact you with a full explanation and corrected details. NIACE will allow you the opportunity to cancel your order in such circumstances. Prices are payable in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. There will be no binding contract to supply unless or until NIACE accepts your order by despatching it to you. You may place an order by one of the following methods of ordering:
All prices quoted EXCLUDE postage and packing except the journals where p&p is included in the price. For details of these charges please access Purchasing Information. 2. Payment2.1 Credit/debit card 2.2 Cheque/Postal Order NIACE accepts payment by cheque/postal order. Cheques should be made payable to NIACE for the full amount of the order, including postage and packing (for postage and packing rates please see our FAQ section) 2.3 Invoices NIACE will invoice organisations for orders of £35.00 and above ($65.00 or €55.00). Such orders must be on official headed paper or accompanied by an official order number. Please Note: NIACE is a charity and requests that invoices are paid on receipt. 3. DeliveryIf your order is accepted NIACE will endeavour to despatch your order within 5 working days of receipt to the specified delivery address unless NIACE notifies you otherwise within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Your credit/debit card will be debited on receipt of your order. Ownership of the goods will pass to you on either payment in full or despatch of the goods, whichever is the later to occur. Risk will pass to you on delivery. 4. Cancellation and Returns4.1 Under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations") if you are a consumer as defined in the Regulations (as opposed to being a business customer) and are situated in the European Economic Area you may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered and up to 7 working days following the day after the day you receive your order. Notice of cancellation must be in writing by post, e-mail or fax to Publication Sales, NIACE, 21 De Montfort Street, Leicester, LE1 7GE, orders@niace.org.uk , Fax : 0116 204 4276 giving full order details. This right does not extend to any perishable items, sealed audio or video recordings or computer software (which have been unsealed), newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you wish to return goods in reliance upon the Regulations you must do so at your own expense and the goods must be in new and unused, mint condition. You must return them by recorded delivery with adequate packing and insurance cover within 14 working days of receipt so that NIACE can credit you with the total amount of your order. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt NIACE will credit your credit card (or otherwise refund) the total amount of your order. 4.2 In addition to your rights in clause 4.1 NIACE will accept goods for return within 28 days of receipt by you if:
Provided the above conditions are met NIACE will refund the cost of all such returns provided the goods are returned by registered post. The goods which you return remain your property, and at your risk, until NIACE has received them. Please allow 14 days (in addition to delivery time) for NIACE to process the return or refund. Please allow 28 days (in addition to delivery time) for an overseas order. 4.3 Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment. 5. Advance OrdersNIACE accepts advance orders for items that are not yet published. Please note that your account will be debited immediately on receipt of your order except when:

6. Bulk OrdersBulk orders of more than 20 copies of a title cannot be purchased via the website, please contact virman@niace.org.uk who will be able to inform you of any discounted rates.
