Quick Reads can help you to develop skills within your workforce. They are specifically designed to get people back into reading and they already enabled thousands of people to do just that. With no more than 128 pages each, these books can increase the confidence of your employees and encourage them to develop both personally and professionally. The books have been widely used in workplaces and by Union Learning Representatives in staff rooms, canteens and learning centres.

We have some great examples of how employers have used Quick Reads and you can use some of the ideas to complement your existing work.

Employers have used the free promotional items as giveaways and prizes, ordered copies of Quick Reads books for their staff, set up a reading group or book swap scheme.
