Posters can be downloaded by using the links below. There are three options:

	standard full colour posters;
	interactive 'empty belly' posters (with blank space that you can personalise using your computer); and
	also standard 'empty belly' posters (that you can personalise by hand).

Personalise your own posters

For Sign Up Now September we are giving you the opportunity to create a personalised poster containing details of your event. All you will need is a colour printer and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

How to edit our interactive posters...

Make sure you have Adobe Reader. (If not, download Adobe Acrobat Reader free here)
Click on one of the posters above
Save the file onto your computer
Open the saved file in Adobe Reader
Place your cursor where you see the phrases "<Header>" or "<body copy>"
Delete the text that is already there and type in the relevant details
Print the poster on a colour printer
